About us

ACharlestonfamilycompany,nearlythreedecadesin.

Priority Landscaping has grown from one man on Folly Beach into a full-service landscape company with design, installation, maintenance, turf and office teams.

Our story

Local work, local relationships.

Cookouts at the shop — the crew that shows up on your property every week.

Priority Landscaping began in 1996 and has spent nearly three decades learning how Lowcountry properties behave — the soils, the water, the salt air and the long growing season.

We are fully licensed and insured, and we service more than 300 residential and commercial properties across the Charleston area. That range means one team can design and install a new landscape, solve a drainage problem, manage turf health year round and keep the property looking right every week after.

We buy from local suppliers and work alongside local contractors and landscape architects whenever we can. As William puts it: “It’s important to keep our money local.”
